About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Project & Implementation Manager who is passionate about bringing innovative healthcare technology to life in real-world care settings.

You'll be the bridge between our platform and healthcare organizations, guiding clients through successful implementations of the Syntilio platform. This means understanding their unique workflows, challenges, and needs — and translating those into practical, effective solutions that healthcare professionals will actually use and love.

At Syntilio, implementations aren't just about installing software; they're about enabling better care delivery. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and management to ensure smooth adoption, meaningful change, and lasting impact.

You are expected to proactively use modern tools and methodologies to enhance project management, communication, and problem-solving throughout the implementation journey.

Requirements

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end implementations — Manage projects from kickoff through go-live and beyond, ensuring successful adoption of the Syntilio platform at healthcare organizations.

Be the trusted advisor — Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals to tailor implementations to their specific needs.

Coordinate cross-functional teams — Work with internal developers, product managers, support staff, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless implementations.

Plan and execute — Develop implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Train and enable users — Design and deliver training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they feel confident and competent using the platform.

Manage change — Support organizations through the change process, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth transitions from old ways of working to new.

Configure and customize — Work with technical teams to configure the platform according to client requirements and workflows.

Solve problems proactively — Identify potential issues before they become blockers and work collaboratively to find solutions.

Drive continuous improvement — Gather insights from implementations to improve processes, documentation, and the product itself.

Ensure quality and compliance — Maintain high standards throughout implementations, especially regarding data security, privacy, and healthcare regulations.

What you need

Healthcare affinity — You understand (or are eager to learn) healthcare workflows, terminology, and the challenges care organizations face. Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or related fields is a strong plus.

Project management skills — You know how to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Experience with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Prince2 is valuable.

People skills — You're an excellent communicator who can work with diverse stakeholders — from nurses and doctors to IT managers and executives. You listen well and adapt your communication style to your audience.

Technical affinity — While you don't need to be a developer, you're comfortable with technology, can learn new systems quickly, and understand how different systems integrate.

Change management experience — You know how to guide organizations and individuals through change, addressing resistance and building buy-in.

Problem-solving mindset — You stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and find creative solutions to unexpected challenges.

Organized and detail-oriented — You keep track of multiple moving parts, follow through on commitments, and don't let things slip through the cracks.

Client-focused — You genuinely care about your clients' success and go the extra mile to ensure they achieve their goals.

About the Company

At Syntilio, we believe good care is built on connection — between people, places, and technology. That's why we bring together the best of care at a distance and care on location. Smarter, more personal, and more efficient — so healthcare professionals can truly work together and people can receive the support they need, when they need it.

Our team shares a passion for healthcare innovation. With experience in digitalization, transformation, and data-driven working — especially in healthcare over the last 10 years — we know how to turn ideas into practical solutions. Our ambition is simple: to make care more accessible and to reduce the distance to good care.

The Syntilio platform makes remote care easy and supports coordination throughout the care chain. By connecting with systems that are already in use, we make collaboration straightforward and help healthcare professionals focus on what matters most: people.

Our Values

Togetherness – We believe real change happens when people work together. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.

Courage with passion – We dare to try new things, always with energy and heart, to make a meaningful difference in care.

Humility – We listen first, because the best solutions come from understanding the people who give and receive care.

At Syntilio, we don't just create technology — we create space for more human care.
