About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is passionate about clean architecture, clear communication and building a robust, scalable Salesforce solution that support real-world business needs.
You’ll be working on a Salesforce-centric product that connect with healthcare platforms, IoT devices, and third-party systems—helping to design secure, cloud-based workflows and services that support operational efficiency and compliance. As one of the earliest members of the Salesforce team at Syntilio, you’ll shape how we scale and standardize our Salesforce development practices.
You are expected to proactively use AI-assisted tools (like ChatGPT and Cursor) to enhance your work in coding, documentation, testing, debugging, and problem-solving.
Requirements
What you’ll do
Write clean, modular Apex code and clear technical documentation, setting a high bar for clarity and maintainability.
Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, LWC, and declarative tools in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Use AI tools to boost development speed and improve quality across requirements gathering, implementation, and testing.
Build integrations with external systems and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, implementation managers, and QA, to deliver high-impact solutions.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Gearset, Copado, or SFDX.
Ensure Salesforce data integrity and compliance, especially in healthcare contexts, aligning with ISO27001.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal system performance.
Contribute to platform strategy, Salesforce best practices, and technical roadmaps that support long-term scalability and reuse.
What you need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven track record of delivering Salesforce-based solutions at scale, including custom development and platform configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, integration patterns, and security model.
Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and handling complex data mappings (JSON, XML).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployment and version control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in regulated environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
